Lean Body Vision personal training client testimonials

"Working with Hannah has a structured and focused basis to my physical development and training and she actually seem to like a challenge! She actually listens to what your objectives are and provides an interesting , well communicated and progressive programme to help you achieve those aims. I have had incredible results in terms of measurable development (smaller waist, chest, arms) as well as huge improvements in stamina strength and general well being. She has helped me to achieve more than I hoped for and I look forward to continuing to work with her in the future."

Joe Gallagher, Coventry

"Hannah has been a very positive influence in my life. She has advised me on all aspects of nutrition and exercise and I have acheived postiive results with her. Hannah has helped me get through the confusing messages about what is good and bad for me and now know how to make healthy living sustainable rather than doing diets and dropping off them repeatedly. I believe the foundations of good health that Hannah has given me will stay with me for a lifetime. I wholeheartedly recommend some sessions with Hannah if its time you need give yourself a bit of TLC and want to be empowered to make healthy choices yourself in the long term rather than slavishly following a diet (and falling off it)."
